Kristen Myers, M.A., Resident in Counseling
Kristen recently graduated with her Masters of Arts in Counseling from Eastern Mennonite University in the Spring of 2016 and is currently a Resident in Counseling. During her Masters program, she gained experience with college students in undergraduate and graduate studies. Through attachment-based counseling, Kristen gained experience in working with anxiety, depression, self-harm, eating disorders, trauma, attachment injuries, sexual identity formation, sexual assault/abuse, physical and emotional abuse, grief and loss, couples counseling, and identity formation. With a client-centered technique, Kristen values individual strengths and believes that each person has in them all of what they need to find healing and empowerment.
